Mountain view apartment

Allogio molto pulito e di nuova costruzione. Posizionato a 3 fermate di metro dal centro.

La mancanza di parcheggio, ma diciamo che nella strada si trova qualche posto.

El alojamiento está bastante nuevo y con todas las comodidades. La ubicación, pese a estar en una zona periférica, estaba cómoda por tener un supermercado enfrente y parada de bus a apenas 5 minutos. También es fácil de aparcar gratuitamente si vas con coche.

Nada negativo a destacar.

Such a lovely apartment! In the future, I'll always stay there when visiting Sofia. The owner was very nice and helpful and made sure to show us around and brief us on everything. It was very clean and super tidy! The bed was comfortable, and the air con was very welcome in the 35+ degree heat. Great amenities overall! Rainfall shower, toilet with bidet shower, fridge, freezer, fully outfitted kitchen, TV, fast WiFi, even washing machine. Lovely little balcony with beautiful view. The apartment complex itself is unexpectedly luxurious for Bulgaria, and a short walk from a tube station, a couple of pharmacies, and a few shops (one of which is 24/7). We also discovered an incredibly good Lebanese restaurant 15 mins away. Quiet neighborhood, which might be perceived as dingy by foreigners because of some streets being dug up, but that's fairly normal for Bulgaria. Otherwise, the area didn't seem dingy at all, in fact, it seemed quite middle class and residential. Also, good price! I wasn't feeling well on the check out morning so we were 20 minutes late with it, but we really appreciated the owner's understanding.

Nothing really! I think the washing machine may have been broken at the time (we tried to wash our sweaty clothes but it would lock up and not start the cycle for a long time so we switched it off).

Excellent impressions. Excellent apartments with everything you need in a new complex with a closed territory. Clean and cozy, nice size of the apartment. Perfect. Very nice owner took care of all the little things.

There is no private parking, but this was not a big problem.

All is new, apartment and building. Playground for kids downstairs of the complex. 7-8 mins walking to metro station.

Safe, clean, comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a stay in Sofia. Walking distance of the bus/train station. The tram into the city centre is only a few minutes away. There's a supermarket across the street for all needs. The apartment is on an upper floor giving great views over the locality. Kitchen equiped for cooking and the entire apartment is well-thought out for guests. The provision of laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs was appreciated, as was the second set of keys (as there were 2 of us staying). Lovely host. Would recommend.
