The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished.

The apartment wasn’t clean and ready to host new visitors after the previous ones had left. The shower sink hole was cloaked with hair and we couldn’t use the shower freely as the bathroom would have gotten flooded. The host was not really supportive and informed us that we had to get the key from a totally different location only after we had arrived at the destination. As the apartment is located at the center of Varna where parking is nearly impossible the main reason why we chose this place was because it offered a safe parking spot. This however was now provided due to a technical issue but we weren’t informed until we specifically asked where the parking is. While it’s disappointing enough that we didn’t get what we booked the host could have at least informed us about the issue in advance or could have offered us some help with finding another safe place to park.

location is perfect on the center in town. in the apartment we had everything we needed.
