Stylish and High-end Designer Apartments in City Center

Very good location, fair description of the property, good communication with the host, fine design creating a pleasant environment.

The very sluggish delivery of the towels, modest cleanliness of tableware.

Location is perfect. Cafes, supermarkets, main streets and transportation is at your doorstep. Feels safe. The place is very well thought of, easy to access. Very clean and well equipped. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. There is plenty of light coming in the morning.

There is a common theme in lots of places, there is a certain smell that doesn't easily go away. This has nothing to do with how clean is the place though, it seems like a general sewage issue.

Everything was good, especially the location and the codes for entry into property gave us freedom without worrying about keys . Nice design and has balconies which was lovely. A very warm and sunny apartment . Great it had AC for summer months.

All Well well except some minor issues which could easily be corrected. For example: The soap dispensers in bathroom were broken and no washing powder for laundry was provided. The plug in one of the bathroom was misting which meant if something fell in the sink it will go down the plug hole . Batteries were misting from some of the remote controls On one window in the bedroom a black out curtain was not in place so light could come in at dawn.

We loved the apartment. It was in an excellent location, very modern, clean and comfortable. We would come back here again for sure.

The apartment is located in the nicest part of Sofia, and I can safely say that as a location, this is probably the best place to stay in the city center. It’s situated in one of the few new buildings in the center, with controlled access and a convenient elevator. An added convenience is the ability to rent a parking space in the courtyard. The two-bedroom apartment itself is beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable. It has great potential and an incredible location, making it ideal for exploring the city.

Unfortunately, despite the positive aspects, several issues arose during our stay. The parking space, although available, was not clearly marked. Guests receive a photo indicating where to park, but for foreigners unfamiliar with local practices, this can lead to misunderstandings. In our case, it resulted in minor conflicts with the building’s residents, who had legitimate concerns about how the cars were parked. Given that parking is sold at a premium, it would be much better if the spaces were clearly designated. We had prepaid for a 14-day stay, but I noticed several shortcomings. For example, there was no coffee machine, which is unacceptable for an apartment advertised as luxurious. When I contacted the hosts, they informed me that the machine was under repair. I had to purchase and bring my own, and for the entire two-week stay, no replacement was provided. Additionally, basic supplies such as dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent were missing. Normally, in luxury accommodations, hosts provide small welcoming touches—like fruit or at least bottled water. However, in this case, even the water pitcher in the apartment lacked a filter. The toiletries in the bathrooms were provided in small-sized bottles, sufficient for only about two days, whereas it's customary in such places to supply enough for the entire stay. Despite our 14-day stay, no one contacted us to offer cleaning services, which were mentioned in the conditions. Bed linens and towels were also insufficient for the duration of the stay, and no one reached out to replace them. In conclusion, while the apartment boasts a great location and potential, the service provided fell far short of expectations, especially for the price. It did not meet luxury standards. For the high cost of staying here, I expected much better service. These significant issues should be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Comfortable living space, modern, quiet, comfortable beds, nice showers and central location for our needs.

The hot water tank was a challenge for a family of 5, even with short showers. We readjusted our routine to ensure warm water for all easily. But everything else was terrific and would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful flat with good quality furnishings and modern appliances. Very nice building with central location.

Such a lovely flat deserves better cleaning and maintenance; one of the bathrooms was somewhat smelly.
