The codes were provided by host online. Easy to check in. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need - dishwasher, oven, stovetops. washing machine, etc. The living room was big and bright. Bedrooms were comfortable and there`s extra hygiene equipment in the bathroom. If this will help other future guests with their choice - they have a bidet which not many properties are equipped with.

Overall, I loved everything about the room. Just a small suggestion for future guests and for the host, it wouldn`t be bad if the bedsheets were a bit bigger and wider. That`s all.

the property's photos shared on internet were real, the property was very clean, wonderfully equipped, close to all facilities, commodities, restaurants, transportation, sites to visit.

Very disappointing!!! The boiler in the apartment is too small and there is not enough hot water. The water turn cold in a second!! In the middle of the shower. And it takes forever to be hot again (had to wait almost an hour with the shampoo on my head until I could continue showering!!) In addition, on our second day, the cofee machine stopped working. I wrote to the host. It took him more than 24 hours to respond - he asked if we used our own capsules. I answered that we only used the capsules that were in the apartment. And then - the host started to ignore all my messages!! He didn't repair the cofee machine, nor answered regarding the cold water. Nothing. Just ignored all my messages till the end of our stay (witch was 13 nights!!!!)

Well managed, secure accommodation with lift access to my 5th floor apartment. Very clean and hygienic. Had all the mod cons a traveller needs, within 5 min walking distance to Lidl for groceries which was fantastic. 10min walk to Vitosha boulevard. Great comms from the provider. Direct public bus transport from Sofia airport Bus E184 (18 stops) to Gen Yousif Gurko the final stop and 8min leisure walk on to apartment building through old city cobbled streets at just 2BGN. Pubs, restaurants and a Healthy groceries shop across the street from the building. Ah yes, Netflix was offered, so kept awake nights binging.

Position of TV..could not turn to face the bed.. could only watch from dining position

1. Very well equiped and cosy appartment. 2. Great location. 3. The style has been done with very good taste.

1. Two of the four chairs are broken. It could be great to change them. 2. The cleaning must be checked more toroughly with the person in charge as some dust and hairs were present at our arrival.
