I loved how sweet the host was. She quickly responded to all of our messages and was always ready to help if needed. The place is spectacularly clean and I love the "No shoes!" rule - I think it should be more common everywhere! The rooms were bright and modern and the apartment is huge - way bigger than expected! We had all the needed accommodations - the apartment is literally ready to step in and live inside without any need to buy more stuff! The location was ideal - close to the center and in the middle of the long town of Smolyan, which was really nice! I liked the self check-in and that's another thing I support being more normalized in Bulgaria. The view from all of the rooms was gorgeous!

As a light sleeper for me the noise from the passing by cars on the road was not it, not gonna lie. And I'd suggest putting keys on the inside of the different rooms, since when you're coming with many people privacy would feel better, as well as a curtain in the big bathroom since the floor becomes really slippery.

A spacious and beautifully decorated apartment, located in the new center of the town Smoljan. Equipped with all facilities for a pleasant stay. Easy check-in, with key locker. The host is attentive and kind. Parking space in front of the building. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, as are restaurants. We would recommend the apartment to our friends and hope to stay during the summer season.

The language of communication is Bulgarian. This wasn't problem for our group, but it may be for some guests.
