Tv not working cooker not working 😕 and when we arrived we could open the door to go in from a -5 temperature

Great location.

The location was excellent, the gondola is across the road, there was everything needed for cooking and cleaning, there is a great ski rental attached to the building ran by a very nice man called Boris that the owner is friends with, you can get cheap and good quality skiing equipment there and leave it there overnight that you can drop off after a day of skiing, there was a smart TV with Netflix.

The cleanliness was not ideal, in the crevices of the furniture, there was bits of food and crumbs , there was an old wet t shirt in the washing machine, the mop bucket was full of old water, wifi was terrible, a pipe from the boiler was leaking on the floor, hole in the bathroom floor that was hidden with a bath mat, there is an ice hazard on the way to the door, a gutter leaks water onto the pavement and it’s very easy to slip.

We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! The place is on a perfect location near the Gondola.

Location was excellent, just a 3minute walk in ski boots to gondola. Very close to a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

Hard to find a quiet bars without loud music.

The kitchen is super equipped

The water from the shower is leaking to the floor... Not much to do about it. Also the boiler in the toilet is dripping

best location, VERY close to gondola which was a big plus.

no beds, just 2 extendible sofas. While we only used it to rest after a whole skiing day, and couldn't care about the beds that much, they are very uncomfortable. Upgrading this alone would make a HUGE difference. There is a lack of storage for skis/snowboards/boots although there is a "no ski boots in the building" sign.
