Svetlin was really polite and helpfull, really good host. The apartment is new, well thought and comfortable, very conveniently located near down town.

It was quite cold in Sofia these days, so it took a while until the apartment heated enough to be comfortable. Additional heating, especially in bathroom would be helpful.

Nice design, large apartment.

Its on third floor and no elevator. Parking is very small, not easy to get there with jeep. There was horrible smell of bleach or similar cleaning product. Its good to be clean but the smell was making difficult for me to breath.

Really great overall, unfortunately they don't take card payment so make sure to withdraw money beforehand. Otherwise the was very clean, modern, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended.
