SWIMMING POOL only but you have to pay before usage.

That is a private APARTMENT, please don't rent or pay for it. Anything that happens to you after he gives you his key is your business. All he.cares is his money.

"Good apartment next to the gondola"

The location is perfect, next to the gondola. Apartment is big and in good condition, everything you need is there - iron, microwave, tv, all the kitchen stuff and there is a terrace with a view of the pool. The guy who gave us the keys is very polite and pleasant.

Internet connection is poor almost not available. It is not ok for working from there. The spa and pool are paid but it is mentioned in the description. We didn’t try it so no opinion on that.
