Very spacious, well equipped, good value. Just a 20-minute walk to the city center. Came with parking. Had a close by supermarket that had a lot of stuff you might need. On the third floor with some view of the streets around.

The apartment can be enhanced by adding a stronger power supply to better support all the different electrical equipment in the apartment.

The apartment is located in a very strategic place. Close to the Sofia center

It was clean and in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also very secure. Georgi was wonderful at messaging and had plenty of spots for us to explore. I preferred this area to the south side of Sofia! Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

You are on a main road but it isn’t busy or loud during sleep hours. Don’t let it deter you!

Large apartment, huge kitchen dining & big bedrooms. Very secure. The owner is straightforward and responsive in messages, and very friendly in person. Parking space. 10 min walk to main areas. You get what you pay for- fair for the price. Welcoming to children.

It was a bit 'grubby' in the kitchen- but the bathroom & bedrooms were reasonably clean. Small details of usual home hygiene lacking- No toiletries, no dishwasher powder/tablets, no teatowel or paper towel to dry hands or dishes, no bathmat, etc.

This is a beautifully renovated ground floor old apartment on a site that has several apartments. The gated parking was excellent and there was a small garden. The owner lives on the site and is in the midst of restoring and renovating other apartments in the complex. The kitchen and living area was enormous, although it could have had a few more basic cooking items. There was a shower door which is unsual in Bulgaria, although the floor still gets all wet.

While next to a busy road, we did not really hear it.
