- The towels and sheets smelled amazing! - It was spacious and clean! - The sofa was very comfy. - Modern.

- Main issue for me: If you are solo traveling, the neighborhood might not feel the safest. I ended up deciding to arrive back early and missing Sofia at night as I didn't want to come back later just in case. You can walk everywhere from here, and I guess it's okay if you are not alone, but if you are... It's just not a place that looks safe and chill. - You can hear EVERYTHING from the other studios. The walls are paper-thin! - Bed is not so comfy. - Someone tried to come in from one of the doors (it has two), probably looking for its own place. Would be good to add the 5 in the second door as well.

Location.

It is very crowded especially during the night. A lot of small rooms are there and some people coming during the all night and making noise. Beds are very uncomfortable.

The location

Broken toilet flush, hairs on the pillows and in the beds, wires exposed and bad smells caused by the bathroom.

The accommodation offers self-check in. I received a message from the host with instructions and codes, which made it very convenient as we could check-in in accordance with our schedule without warring about coordinating a meeting in person at a given time. The entrance gates are with a code, once you are in the courtyard you see the lockers for the individual rooms just as shown in one of the pictures. We stayed in room N5, which was sort of a flat. To get to it you need to go up two flights of steep stairs, for us it was not a issue at all but you could consider room 8, 1 or one of the other rooms at a lower level. It had two bathrooms, a living room area with a sofa a tv with various channels, a dining table, and a bedroom area. Everything was just as shown in the pictures, no surprises. The place was clean, smelled nice and the room was aired. The aircon warmed up the room nicely. The sower had excellent pressure and warm water. We had a coffee station and a small fridge. The location is central but literally in front of the woman's market, which has always been popular with minority groups ; Arabs, Turks and now some refuges lodging around. The area gives off slightly doggy vibes but it's mostly safe I believe and really central. If you are more adventures you can find some unexpected bargains around the market area. You are a walking distance from the city centre. I was traveling for some work in the city so spent most of the day outside. If you are looking for a budget, central place with deaccent conditions this place fits the bill. If you are looking to spend more time in the accommodation and enjoy it then maybe look for a nicer more hotel/bed and breakfast style place instead. There are washing machines and dryers in the common area. There is green zone parking around the area so I parked the car close to the accommodation and left in the morning.

The toilet was leaking from the bottom and would leave the floor a bit wet, but no bad smell. I believe this is something that's easily fixable, otherwise all was well and quite clean and maintained. The place is solely constructed for the purpose of it being an Airbnb so they have done the best they could with the least investment possible. There are a lot of worse looking places at worse location. The doors of the rooms are aluminium and quite thin and you could hear people talking, walking up the stairs etc. from inside the room. It wasn't terribly noise. We had a good and quite night sleep other people staying at the place seemed nice and respectful. It was an international mix. They provide you with 1 towel per person, but there are rather medium sized, so if you like more than one or a big towel bring your own. The pillows are quite lumpy but I've experienced a lot worse so it is doable in my opinion. Overall, I think it was what I expected it to be.

The property is fully autonomous, well-located, easy to get, clean, and spacious—two bathrooms in the room. The host agreed to an extra hour of stay. Excellent price/quality ratio.

It would help if you considered stairs when using luggage. Also, the luggage storage room would be beneficial. The shower is not very convenient.
