The location was okay. It has a private parking, which is good. The AC was working very well. The flat is big and there is enough room. The host was friendly and flexible with checking in late.

The whole flat needs some work. It’s not in the best condition. There was no toilet paper, so we had to buy.

The property its ok but need proper cleaning.

The property is not clean at all. For 70 leva a night at least he should make the effort to hire a cleaner to deep clean the place. Very poor facilities but bathroom really filthy. No hot water for taking shower.

Parking inside for motorcycles

There were corkroaches everywhere....the bed sheets was dirty. The most dirty apartment I stay in the black sea and generally everywhere

The landlord was incredibly welcoming and understanding whenever I had a question or an issue. The place was well managed and kept, it had all the necessities and the location was perfect!
