Close to the airport- that was the ready we booked it first place Low price Looked recently renovated, not damaged

No noise insulation - I could hear from upstairs everything Room was on the street which was not mentioned in description (Ground floor) Even though parking garage is stated that its free of charge, on messages extra fee requested which we agree to pay. After efforts to locate where this parking was, we noticed that no key was provided rather it was accessible if anybody wanted to open the door. Limited amenities, no soap in the bathroom.

We navigated our way from the city of Plovdiv to our accommodation. Even though we were right in front of the building, figuring out exactly where we were going to stay took a bit of time, to be honest. :) It seems that the place we stayed used to be a shop. The interior has been beautifully restored, designed as a spacious hall and a room. At first, I called the business to learn the code for the box where the key was kept, but we couldn't communicate very well since I don't speak Bulgarian. Fortunately, they later sent the code in writing.

We stayed on a snowy day. It was snowing heavily, and there was an incredible parking problem. Unfortunately, there was no hot water (although the house was warm), and we couldn't use the internet connectio

Easy access, easy check in and out. The apartment is actually entered directly from the street. Small place, suitable for short stay only. It served a purpose since we needed to visit an airport a few times during this stay. Well equipped kitchen.

We stayed in January. Since the apartment is on the street level and not among the rest of apartments in the building, it does not have central heating. It was very cold when we got in and the only heating option was AC and solo heating radiator. Only after the whole night of heating, the temperature in the apartment was acceptable. Lack of toilet paper is an embarrassment. Not even a half of a roll! WiFi does not work! It's there, but not working most of the time, annoyingly slow when it does! Totally unacceptable nowadays! Although claimed as having a parking garage and nowhere mentioned that it will be charged extra, the apartment sent a message about that only when we were about to arrive. Luckily, there was a lot of free public parking nearby.

That's the second time I was there. Overall, good decoration, good price, polite landlord, etc. The facilities nearby are complete, there are shops and restaurants. As a short business trip around The Mall, I think it is a good choose. My rating this time was an 8 because there was a problem with WIFI. I didn't get WIFI service for a whole week. Although this was a service provider issue. But it really made for a bad experience for me. As a foreigner, I can't do any work or even internet in the apartment.

I'm a bit mysophobic. When I sleep, I feel itchy. I think it's mites. I could smell sweat on the pillowcases and sheets. I'm not sure if they were washed. In fact, the overall hygiene is clean. I wish we can get new, or at least seriously laundered pillowcases and sheets next time.

1. Good place. Near The Mall. There are some restaurants and 7-11 around. 2. Nice decoration. Clean, all comfortable. Fully furnished. 3. Convenient ,safe, and quiet. As other reviews have said, despite being on the first floor, it is still good.

I think some tissues and mineral water need to be provided. new. And it would be nice if there could be updated sheets
