BOHO Chic Apartment nearby the Beach

Perfect location

Check-in was very stressful, the host did not answer our calls, there were no instructions for settling in, we stood on a street for 30 minutes without knowing what to do. Finally, we checked in after visiting all the houses around. In the request, we had written that we were three people and only one bed had covers, we had to fix it?? For 4 days of stay there was only one toilet paper, we bought it no problems, sanitary materials are missing. One room lacks air conditioning and it is cold . Cables and pipes stick out from the wall directly on our heads. The bathroom has blocked drains and everything flooded every time we bathed. The remote of the TV does not work. I strongly advise the host to educate himself on how to do business .Absolutely unacceptable and sloppy attitude to every detail. Good location but this does not solve all the problems we had.

The location

The apartment was dirty, the sofa was badly stained and pretty much just gross. Unacceptable for any stay - I couldn’t use it because of it being unsanitary. The apartment was not the same as the picture, totally different place, the AC in the living room was not working, there was no AC in the bedroom, only a small heater that was extremely loud. The bed was very squeaky making it hard to fall asleep.

Good apartment, corresponding to the pictures. Location good. Cleanliness. Good communication with owner, replays for questions very fast. Kitchen equipped with all required. Check in without problem at any time.

No private parking, difficult find parking on the street. No air conditioning in bedroom, a little bit cold during winter season. No heating in shower room, not comfortable to take a shower. Shower room water drain was stacked.

The owner! They cancelled the booking after we had driven for 2 hours and were stood outside the apartment in the freezing cold with nowhere else to go! BEAWARE, BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! We rang, messaged and text the owner to find out how to access the apartment as the booking said they would provide access. We got no reply for hours but kept trying and finally at 7pm on the night they casually answered and just told us to find somewhere else to stay! We were cold, tired, hungry and they just left us in the street after we had already paid for the booking. This is the worst experience we have ever had on booking.com.
