Местоположението е отлично.

Quiet location and building, with a lift to upper floors. The studio on the 1st floor was clean and compact. Strong secure key operated main door to apartment. A little coffee & sugar was available on arrival. Plenty of pillows & bedding for cooler weather. The balcony, which overlooked the rear of the property and garden/car park, although small, was nicely furnished with a bistro table & 2 chairs, to sit and relax in and a small drying area if needed. The kitchen area had a small hob, a good-sized fridge with freezer box, although a little tight in the space. Plenty of good quality cutlery, & crockery. The double size bed was spacious & comfortable, if a little low for older guests. Overall a comfortable studio apartment. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach and plenty of foodstores, clothes shops restaurants etc within a few minutes walk. The host also offers transfer to & from Burgas Airport only a few minutes drive away by car.

The bathroom was clean with adequate storage for toiletries. However, the towels were a little tired and would benefit from being updated. Also, there was no floor mat when stepping out of the shower, which also leaked after use, requiring the use of a sponge mop to soak up the water, which posed a slip hazard. The shower had good pressure, and the water heated quickly. The need of the mop in the bathroom made it a little cluttered. If the leak was addressed, it would not be needed. It would also be useful to have the vacuum stored somewhere other than behind the main door into the apartment. The lift worked fine on arrival, which was great to get our heavy cases upstairs. However, on 2 other occasions, it didn't operate properly, and we had to carry our cases down when we checked out. Fortunately, it was only one floor up. However, these issues would not stop me from booking this apartment in the future, as the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Jest klimatyzacja, czajnik, mały ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, TV, biurko, szafa, żelazko i suszarka do włosów. Wszystko, co potrzeba. Blisko do autobusów, lotniska i lokalnej plaży.

Źle zaprojektowane odpływy wody w łazience. Po kąpieli wszystko pływa.

Мястото е много удобно, чисто и има всичко необходимо с много приятно балконче, което гледа към градината. Бихми посетили отново.

Clean, well equipped, good location and pleasant host. Good value for money.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Quite area but everything you need in just 2 minutes walk. The host was very friendly and waited for my late arrival as my flight had 1.5 h delay.
