The workers here seem to be just for show. Immediately after arrival, the light didn't work in two bathrooms. I wrote about it on the same day - they asked me to send a photo of the non-working light and said someone would come and fix it tomorrow. The next day, no one did it. In the evening, I wrote about it again, and an hour later asked how to extend the booking for a few more days. They immediately responded to the extension request, but for some reason, they forgot about the light again. Interesting. We washed and showered every day in darkness; only the small light above the sink worked, which, to put it mildly, didn't help illuminate the room much. There was a stove in the apartment, but the set of dishes that was provided (a pot and a frying pan) was of gigantic size, meaning it was impossible to use two burners simultaneously. We wanted to stay longer but left earlier, and after zero reactions to our requests, we didn't even want to talk to the company about leaving earlier

Everything was great! The apartments were spacious, clean and really comfortable! Really nice for families or friends travelling to Sofia as it has multiple bathrooms and bedrooms! I would really recommend it!

The appartement is indeed very nice looking as in the desribed, it is spacious in the very good location. The checkin process is very easy and remote checkin is super fast. The beds are nice, new and comfy. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for comfort stay. The management company agreed to refund one night of stay due to the fact that the room was not prepared for the stay.

My stay was in winter and when I arrived the room was cold as outside. The host did not checked if the room readiness and upon the arrival the heater was malfunctioning. The appartement is maintained by the property management company and they simply don't know enough details on the property applicanes to be able to help and react on time to provid the necessary support to resolve the problem. That night I had to book a hotel in other place as the tempreature in the room was barelly reaching 7-10 degrees C. The next day only in the afternoon the property management company provided the electric heaters. Overall I would rate the propoerty higher if it was prepared for the stay, but that made my stay very unpleasant.

How spacious was the appartment!

I would like to have maybe a coffee pods for a coffe machine ;)

I liked almost everything: good location, spacious apartment, acceptable cleanliness, comfortable beds and good furniture in the living room.

very good audibility of passing trams, water did not drain well after a shower

The apartment was clean and organized. bed were linen and ready for us. the location was fair. close to buses and 10 min to city center. the 3rd floor room is bigger (than the 1st floor one) and air ventilation from outside is better.

No air condition! no air vent! while it was over 30 and the air is not moving, not even ventilator... there is a nearby mall where you can buy everything. we anted to have a late check out (5 more hours waiting for flight. only for luggage) but were refused and the cost was another full night. the 1st floor apartment is noisy and you hear everything from street level.

The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. The apartments were well furnished and very clean.

There is no air conditioning. The windows are big and can generate a lot of airflow, but there are no screens. We had some mosquitos in the apartment as a result. With the windows open, traffic and trams are loud. Would be a nice place to stay in cooler months when these issues would not be a problem,

If you are traveling with a small family the apartment is perfect with two bedrooms and a spacious living room as well as two bathrooms and a two terraces - one of them with great views of the city. 2. The location is exceptional, nice neighborhood with grocery shopping around and a bunch of restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the the city centre. 3. The check in process is actually a fun quest to get to the lock box and retrieve the keys - great for kids to participate in and increase the excitement for a stay in Sofia.

- AC was not working properly (or at all) which was reducing the comfort level being on the almost top floor of the apartment block in blistering summer heat - At some point the lift broke down and since it was weekend - no maintenance was scheduled - checking out with suitcases going down 6 floors was not the most pleasant experience to end the visit (luckily it was down - not up)! - Cleanliness could have been better - inside windows were not clean, cobwebs around the rooms, felt like previous visitors had left boogers on the wall and furniture everywhere...that is definitely a point of attention needed by the caretaker/cleaners of the apartment - a bit more attention to detail when cleaning the apartment.
