Great location

Neat central location, good wi fi access and warm heating. Hot water supply and comfortable beds.

There were some chairs missing (only one chair for 3 persons). Only 2 set of towels. There was a bad smell into the bathroom and the plastic toilet lid mechanism had problems. Useless bathroom racks (falling apart all the time). The microwave oven was dirty.

The place has wonderful location: it's same time on the most visited and popular tourist's street Vitosha, which is full of plenty shops and eating places on every corner - so you're never could be hungry, it requires just 3 steps outside, but - due to the internal view of the appt inside the yard it's protected from the street noise. The appt itself looks completely like the photos provided, so you can get full impression, it's clean and well equipped for evening or morning tea, coffee or small breakfast if you'd like to be inside.

It's not I did not like it, I'd rather make some improvement being the owner. 1st: we had to leave our trash bin full just because it's impossible to found any place where you could threw it outside - so it'd be useful to the owner to left some notes where is the place. 2nd. I'd replace the water tap in the shower: the water there is really hot, and the tap is very sensitive, it requires really millimeter-by-millimeter turning, because you are either under hot-hot or cold water. So, when you spend 5 minutes on tuning position you must left it untouched with water running for all your bath time that's definitely not sustainable water consumption (and reflects on your bills). These single-arm ball-type water taps are not good for fine temperature setting. 3rd. To make the magnet to fix the toilet lid (which is plastic) you should fix (glue by 2-side scotch) some steel plate from inside. Otherwise it just doesn't work. 4th. Maybe you should check the water pipe from the AC upstairs - each evening you can hear clearly and loud the water dripping from height to the window's upper shield, or it's something else which is knocking outside, but it definitely prevents from sleeping with window open to get fresh air. So you have to close it and make AC ON, that's reflecting on your bills too.
