Schoon , licht, praktisch, ruim en vlakbij waar we naar toe gingen. Midden in centrum. Super mooi dakterras. Was gezellig met de andere(Spaanse) gasten. Fijne bedden. Douche oké . Winkels vlakbij. Prima accommodatie.

‘S avonds laat en ‘s nachts wat kabaal op straat , was in het weekend, vnl. in Serpentstraat, waar appartement aan grenst, waarschijnlijk mensen met iets teveel drank op die hard praten en gillen. Zal op hogere verdiepingen minder zijn en in appartementen die niet aan deze straat grenzen.

Easy to collect as it is from a lock box right at the entrance. The rooftop balcony provides good views. Apartment is spacious and clean.

The communication with the host consists entirely out of the automated/generated emails with check-in instructions and check-out instructions. Which, normally - is all you need. I read on the information page that it mentioned parking is available. I tried to contact the host via email, the booking.com chat function and using the whatsapp number provided to ask about this - they did not respond to ANY of the messages (this was over a period of a few days). Furthermore, the one wall backlight in the kitchen is broken and flashes continuously. I took a video and sent it to the host via the whatsapp number that was provided. This message was sent on a day that is not a working day - so it is definitely fair to expect that the host would not reply immediately. However, in the past when I have raised concerns about facility issues at other accommodation options - I almost always have gotten immediate responses from hosts indicating that the issue would be looked into. So yes, the apartment is great BUT if there happens to be some sort of an issue/emergency with regards to the actual property - do not expect feedback/responses from the host at all.

Die Zentrale Nähe war sehr gut aber dadurch abends auch sehr laut.

Das keine Hausnummer am Haus ist und das man doch erst am Haus vorbei gelaufen ist.

Great location in the historic center of Ghent, beautiful and very spacious flat , very comfortable bed. All was amazing. Don’t miss the roof view! Staff very helpful!
