Central Apartment

Местоположението е добро и е чисто.

Комуникацията с тези хора беше основен проблем. Обадих се на указания телефон , вдигна ми някакъв мъж , който не се представи и каза че ще изпрати друг човек да ни донесе ключа . Чакахме половин час в горещината да дойде другият човек , който също не се представи . Той не ми обърна внимание на кой етаж и кой номер е апартамента и така като излязох да взема багаж от колата после не можах да го намеря , тъй като този апартамент може би умишлено няма номер. Освен това наблизо няма паркоместа свободни и бяхме паркирали далече от апартамента. Човека , който дойде с ключовете поиска от мен да анулирам резервацията , въпреки че съм се отишла навреме за да не плащали режийни ,но аз отказах категорично. Чакането в горещината за ключа страшно ни притесни .

The only good thing about this property was the location

Well from where to start , very old furniture, some of electricity sockets was loose , the washing machine was very small and probably from the 1990 . Very dirty in general and some mold on the walks which triggered my asthma so I really didn't stayed there even I paid

Do not go to this apartment! 1. It is a miserable apartment, it has not been cleaned at all, for a very long time. All the walls and all the furniture are completely destroyed. 2. We are a family with a baby, we would not have stayed in this accommodation if the baby had not fallen asleep at 4 pm when we arrived. We couldn't let the child actually touch anything, we had to leave the apartment until late at night so that he wouldn't touch anything, especially since small children spend most of the time on the floor. And the floors were miserable, I attached pictures. 3. The apartment is a source of infection and may operate illegally / without authorization! When we called, the host told us that it was Sunday to take the key from another location, somewhere on a street where we met with another person to hand over the key to the apartment. Because he was not available. I paid in cash but I did not receive the receipt/invoice or any document that is normal to receive when you make any cash payment 4. The apartment has a strange layout, the first room you enter is a so-called living room with an extendable sofa and a kitchen, then to get to the other room where there was a bed you had to go to a balcony, and in this room (bedroom) apart from the door where you enter the bedroom, on the other wall there was a locked door that seemed to communicate with another apartment and for this reason we did not feel safe, as someone could enter the bedroom at any time if they wanted! And during the night, a lot of noise was heard through that door and there was a smell of cigarettes 5. We will make a complaint to the local authorities about this location and we will also contact booking.com to request the refund of the amount paid for this accommodation because other pictures than the reality were posted on booking.com, we feel cheated. It is not normal to be able to post such a location on a site like booking, without being verified.

The location is very convenient. There is a grocery and a little restaurant right there. The apartment is comfortable and clean.

The street is a little noisy. We could use another chair and a hand towel.
