Sunny studio, Eagle Rock

Студиото е малко, но много удобно. Чисто и прохладно в горещите летни дни. В кухнята има всичко необходимо, за да се приготви храна. Беше заредено с 3 в 1 и чай. Престоят беше много приятен, мястото тихо и спокойно. С удоволствие ще дойда пак.

За съжаление градината е занемарена. Преди няколко години беше различно.

Owner was very responsive and caring, unfortunately the issue were out of her hands. Great location, 15 min away from Borovets slopes, very nice nature.

Paper thin walls. The apartment is next to the door to reception and pool table, so people were loud and constantly opening and closing the door. Internet for the entire complex is shared from routers that are located at the reception. For large portions of the day the internet speeds are basically unusable. We were kicked of the network every 5 min during periods of high usage. This was a huge problem, as we were on a working holiday. There is no washer in the apartment, contrary to what is written in description. There is washing machine located in the building, however when we asked at the reception to use it, they informed us that is out of order and that area is closed for renovations. After speaking with the host, she informed us that the washing machine is in fact perfectly operational and there are no renovations happening. For whatever reason, the staff just completely lied abouy this. She said that it costs 10bgn for washing and drying and kindly offered to pay for the first load of laundering. We needed to get the key from the manager of the restaurant when we wanted to use it. Upon asking for the dryer, he rolled his eyes and we suspect he turned off the dryer sooner than expected, leaving us with wet clothes so we didn't ask for laundry services after that. These issues made this apartment a non option for a stay longer than a few days and led to us having to cancel our reservation earlier than reserved.
