"Great but bad reception"

Modern, comfortable apartment, 2 big TVs, balcony. The facilities are top notch. Soft carpet on the floor, clean, elevator works.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there. In a couple hours got a fine ticket (looked like because I was a foreigner and no cars w ith BG plates had the ticket)
