Remote, quiet and peaceful complex in the middle of the forest. Clean and nice decorated apartment. Easy check-in / check-out.

Nice and clean, good value for money. Rather spacious.

It could have been nice if the kitchen had a microwave oven, a kitchen towel, etc. the beds were too soft, and the pillow and blanket felt too artificial.

It truly felt like a home away from home. We spent six nights with my wife, and we basically did everything we do at home - we worked from home (excellent WiFi), cooked a lot, and recorded two podcast episodes while enjoying walking in the area. It was summer, so there weren't tons of people around, and it was a very calm and serene atmosphere. The host was very helpful and fulfilled all of our requests. Also, 15 minutes away with car is one of the easiest and most beautiful eco trails. Totally worth the trip.

Not exactly a critique, but if you want to use a pool, you have to go to the hotel next to the apartment, and during the summer, there's a high chance that the pool won't be working. The hosts don't have control over that, of course.

The apartment was clean. We were there for 5 days. The host was in touch with me over WhatsApp for previous 2 days. The apartment looks newly renovated. They had new pots, pans, utensils etc. They also had extra pillows, comforter etc in the cupboard. The location is closer to Gondola ride.

The location is a bit away from main Borovets ski lift. It cost 20 lev each way to and from the town center which adds to to the cost of the trip. The apartment is perfect if you rent a car.
