- collecting key property - the sun was only in the morning, so it was comfortable to stay there - good wifi (we worked from there with video calls with no issues) - good air conditioners which is important as the temperature outside was up to 35C - the farmer's market and supermarket are around 5 min walk - metro station is around 7 min walk

- when we arrived (at 10 pm) there was a screaming drunk neighbor who listened to very loud music, it lasted over the midnight - the second surprise was the damaged door in the bathroom like somebody pushed it hard with a fist which, on top of the screaming neighbor, looked more dramatic as this flat didn't look safe anymore - the next one was a break down of the water heater which wasn't repaired till the end of our stay (for 4 days). Worth mentioning, that the discount for these days was provided - the apartment looks darker in the reality than in the pictures - microwave would improve customer experience
