Premium Apartments - Top-Notch Place 2BR/2BTH

The property is in a good location, very close to most of the best restaurants in sofia center. All the amenities are 2 steps away from the apartment and 5 minutes far from Vitosha street. I recommend the apartment for a lovely vacation spot in Sofia center.

Main bathroom had a bad smell from the drains

the apartment is on an amazing location and quiet place. It is a design apartament and looks like everything was done with a tough.

For a design apartment the follow up on little things was not matching the lever of the facility. The bed sheets were not ironed - this is a must for any rbnb or hotel. No coffee capsules. The ones that were there were old and not for the same coffee machine. There were no towels to wipe your feet when getting out the shower - a towel foot step is needed. The garbage bin in the bathroom was with a broken lid. These are little things that match a poor and not designer property. Its a pity to see them in a designer apartment where so much thought on making it is put in.

Location and facilities, very nice place feels like I am in home, the vintage style is very nice, definitely liked it

The main shower room needs some curtains or glass to protect the water to prevent accidental leaks to whole floor and the sink tops in both baths are not very comfortable

Location, close to city night life, restaurants, bars, monuments, parks, apartment was fully equipped and easy to find, host was sending info on time and was available for any question

Missing info what is entrance door bell for delivery, entering app door is with code that you need to press every time to enter instead using a chip that you have, not so convenient

Everything was perfect! A very clean, modern and beautiful apartment with all the amenities!

A lot of stairs, no elevator 😕

Locatiom is as good as it gets. Apartment was spacy and comfortable even for couple of a group of friends.

Collecting the property keys upon arrival posed a bit of a challenge, but with some coordination and the assistance of the PDF document provided by the host, we managed to work it out. However, the document could benefit from an update to include more specifics, such as the floor the apartment is located on, to streamline the check-in process for future guests. Despite this initial hiccup, once settled, we found the apartment to be well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay for our two nights in Sofia.

While the apartment was well-appointed and comfortable for our short stay, I couldn't help but feel that the pricing was a tad on the higher side. The initial hiccup during the key collection process made me question the value proposition a bit. Although we managed to have a pleasant stay post the check-in, the cost factor did linger in the backdrop, making me wonder if there could have been alternative accommodations in Sofia offering a similar level of comfort and convenience at a more competitive rate.
