Guest House Amaya

A lovely apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We just stayed one night on our way home from Greece.

It was comfortable and the location was nice. There was a shop next to the apartment.

There was no private parking space so we had to leave our car on the public parking. There were no sponges and we had to buy in order to wash the dishes. The coffee machine was missing. There were no bowls in the kitchen.

there wasn’t any parking. we were told to park at Lidl upon arrival and were told we can stay overnite (as an option), then just exit thru a corner 🤦🏻‍♀️ an argument with the host came about as we were told to pay in cash. we did pay in cash upon arrival, and asked for a receipt. it took approximately 15 mins of arguing back and forth between the host and my husband just to finally have the host write something down as a form of invoice that they received the cash payment. throughout the process of obtaining the receipt, he had to call someone and had to lie to that “someone” that we didn’t want to pay. we already paid the host and he even gave us the change. the lady on the phone even told him (the host), that we have to leave since we were requiring a receipt upon payment. this situation was handled inappropriately and unethical. photo below for the written invoice upon our arrival ..
