Gîte O l'Hore

Eine sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le gîte se situe dans un village très agréable et calme. Il est très bien équipé et spacieux. Il se trouve aussi non loin de la ville de Malmedy, d'où partent les navettes (gratuites) pour le circuit de Spa Francorchamps pour le GP en juillet. Les hôtes sont charmants et vous accueillent avec un grand sourire et sont de bons conseils. Plusieurs randonnées pour découvrir les Hautes Fagnes partent du gîte ou alentour.

Tout était très bien. Peut-être ajouter des étagères à l'étage pour y ranger les vêtements. Il manque un balai pour passer un petit coup tous les jours.

A lovely gite located in a quiet village. We planned to do a lot of walking and the area was ideal, with many varied walks nearby, many starting from the gite or a very short drive away. The facilities are excellent, with many kitchen equipment provided and a large fridge. The WiFi is very good (I like my WiFi on holiday). Our bed was very comfortable. The gite was very clean, spotless. The hosts Ivan and Christiane are welcoming (they gave us 2 bottles of the local beer) and charming, anxious to find out what we like. Ivan was extremely helpful with providing ideas and maps for local walks. We were lucky enough to have a few days of lovely sunny weather and were able to use the large terrace to chill after our walks. Some other days were quite cool and we had to put the heating on, which is efficient, making the place cosy and warm.

One small inconvenience was the hand held shower attachment to the bath tap. We couldn't have a "real" shower. This is only a small incovenience and should not detract from the overall lovely gite. "Bath people" would not find this inconvenient.
