Nice appartment with own parking included (garage). It is very important in the center of Varna as it is a big problem there. Quiet place, but just 5-10 minutes walking from the center of the city and Varna Central Garden. Lift is going directly to appartment. Very friendly owner. Easy to comunicate.

When I was there it was cold (cold floor). But it is in 90% of appartments in Varna as they don't have central heating and heat appartments with conditioners. Recomendation to owner - put some carpets on first floor. There was issues with internet connection - once per day or two internet dissappeared for few hours. There is no hot water in kitchen. Hope it is solved. No towels for bathroom.

Very comfortable place, easy to walk to the center, easy to get in. The apartment has two levels, one level with sofas and a kitchen and the second a bed and a drawer. It's not huge, but it would be comfortable for 2 people. It's very bright and has lots of appliances you might need.

It's obviously a little worn out, but very comfy. You have to be careful with parking, as it is a tight space on a one way street. Otherwise, all very good, host welcoming and waited for me to arrive.

The location was great - not far from the center! The apartment was great and it had everything you may need including a place to wash an iron your clothes. The view was also quite cool. Even had a garage to park my car :))

It could have been a bit more clean! There was quite a bit of dust and even though there was a nice view the windows weren't clean enough to really enjoy it.

Stereo system and balcony for pleasant evenings 🙂
