1. We booked the apartment at the last minute (3 hours before check-in). Confirmation was received immediately. After that, we tried to contact the owner 3 times through booking and e-mail - no result. It was impossible to cancel the reservation and we arrived at the specified address. There was no one there. I had to switch my phone to roaming, pay a lot of money and call the owner to receive a key. 2. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. We wanted to wash the dishes before first use and couldn't find any detergent. The same applies to the washing machine. Well, there were no coffee capsules either. I called the owner and asked where I could find the materials I needed? The answer killed me - there are many shops around. Know that if you come for a couple of days, then you must buy a kilogram of washing powder, 30 tablets for dish washer and 12 coffee capsules - they don’t sell less. To cook something you must also buy vegetable oil too. 3. Special clause on cleanliness - just look at the photos. The drain in the bathroom was clogged and I had to clean it at night because water began to flow out the door. There is also a photo. There is no curtain in the shower, so before use you need to hide towels and toilet paper so that they don’t get wet. 4. The apartment requires serious renovation, all electrical sockets are in terrible and dangerous condition. 5. Terrible view of the yard. I have been using Booking for over 15 years and this is the first time that I regret ordering. I don't understand how rating is 9 or higher?

Very clean and spacious. A little old fashioned but added to the charm

Well located apartment in the city centre, right next to the metro station and in front of a nice street market. Comfortable rooms, air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need to cook. Easy self check in and check out.

The bathroom had no tub, it was directly on the floor, so when we took a shower it was flooded and needed some time to dry. The apartment needs some renovation

It was very dusty and smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was strange and it did not drain properly.
