Zongericht appartement met zicht op de jachthaven

The location was great - 5 min. from the train and downtown. 12 min. walk to the beach. The apartment size and price was very good for a family of 5. Good that there was a "real person" handing off the key. Communication with owner & person handing off the key was good.

The WC smelled strongly of men's urine and there was only one roll of toilet paper. Otherwise, the apartment seemed to be reasonably clean. The hallway in front of the apartment is filled with cigarette smoke and the smoke smell unavoidably comes into the apartment when you open the door. There were no sheets or towels, but the owner dropped off sheets and towels in the evening. (ie, expect to make your own beds.)

Good location

The hallway unfortunately stinks, the neighbors are heavy smokers and/or building vents are not working well. But that is out of the control of the owner.

it was very expensive for just one night. cost of cleaning is very high and we didn’t think the property was even cleaned well
