It was spacious.

The rooms smelled of smoke. The towels smelled of smoke. The toilet did not flush properly. The sink in the toilet did not work. We could only use the shower once because it did not drain the water from the footwell.

We attended the location late after a delayed flight, this was not an issue as after making contact I was provided with codes and location of keys to gain access into the property. We had apartment 4 which is the top floor, I expected headroom / size to be an issue however this was not the case, the apartment felt large in space with areas such as beds / living space zoned off well. The property was very clean and cleaning products left to assist us cleaning the property on leaving. The property was good value for money, with good contact from staff and only a short walk from the train & bud station.

Clean, good location, all necessary facilities, easy key access, good communication from the owner

Bed not comfortable

It's an apartment near city center and the main station.

It is a mansard, which means it is terribly hot in summer (no air conditioning), no proper window, large beams that hold the roof can cause real hurt to someone if sleepy and need to got to the bathroom - you can hit your head while at the same time stumble and hurt your foot. Beds and pillows not comfy. You are supposed to clean after yourself (not that I like to leave a mess after me), or you will ve charged extra. I don't recommend.

Heat was not turned on, temp was about 17c in the apartment. Internet connection terrible, passive aggressive message about doing the dishes at the sink... There must be better places to stay in charleroi.

really nice apartment, convenient and only 15 min walk to train station

only booked the apartment due to a cancelled flight, wouldn’t choose to stay in the area as there is not much there
