very nice, big and comfortable apartment, close to Serdika metro station and Vitosha Boulevard.

Good location in the city centre, at walking distance for everything we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable apartment and we loved being on the balcony and watching the world go by! It is noisy due to the location but that didn't bother us and was part of the charm. This is very well equipped for families if needed (travel cot, iron, plenty of spare bedding). There appeared to be on street parking outside but we didn't use it.

If you copy the address from Booking.com into googlemaps it sends you much further up the street so I'd suggest getting the exact address from the owner. The communal parts of the building this apartment is in are a bit grotty, which doesn't matter once you're inside but is worth flagging.

The location was fantastic, sitting on the balcony watching the world go by was just perfect..

Everything exactly as pictured in the offer. Location is perfect and one can visit Sofia on feet. Apartment.is very spacious with a lovely balcony.

Not really a disadvantage but imprtant to remember - there is no private parking. Lots of options for 24h paid parkings around.

The apartment is newly designed and very clean, including everything you need for a long stay. We were a family of five, and it was very comfortable. The wi fi works well. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the women market, a museum of illusions, and a 15-minute walk from the vitosha bulvard. Very close to the metro and the bus stops. Definitely will recommend staying here.

The only thing is that the building is very old, and the stairs are a little uncomfortable.

Decent location, spacious and very bright.

First and foremost the host was very rude in some communication we had before even the check in. I could go into details but no point . The owner of the house is very friendly but the company/manager of the property is awful, very unprofessional and rude. (I was left with a newborn baby waiting for hours to check in although we had been informed otherwise when booking. the manager will reply to my comments by hiding behind the property official check in time but that just adds on his unprofessionalism as that’ll be a pity try to misinform next guests. All I’m gonna say is that the owner called me after, apologized many times and was super cool and friendly) The building entrance and stairs are disgusting, super dirty full of cockroaches and spider webs etc etc. apartment is on the first floor with no elevator so keeping the entrance clean should be part of the responsibility of the cleaning team. The apartment is dated, floors are squeaking and uneven probably cause of some water damage, the kitchen was not clean and had no appliances to cook, just some destroyed pans that nobody should ever use, the apartment was also not spotless but okey clean. Considering the price is not cheap, I was expecting maybe a bottle of water at arrival, you know just a courtesy usually. But no… not even that. Baby cot was provided and I’m thankful for that. Internet was ok but not very strong in the bedroom. Oh also a last point, although they have closets, they were filled with stuff so didn’t really Have any space for clothes. They were used like storage space. Generally a very unprofessional setup, I hope the owner finds a good manager to fix all the problems as she is very kind. Good luck

The apartment is located in an excellent location, on a quiet avenue, 10 minutes from the city center. The living room is very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable, and the charming balcony allowed us to drink coffee and enjoy the nice neighborhood. We had a great time and highly recommend.
