The apartment has a very good location in a very quiet district. Close to the center. It has a supermarket nearby. There is public parking right in the yard of the apartment building, which is very convenient. It's a well-renovated apartment with a kitchen and all the needed facilities. Very good wi-fi connection. We have good communication with the owner. Check-in was quick and easy.

Unfortunately, the apartment has some disadvantages. - The sofa bed was broken and cannot be used by 2 people. We had discussed it with the owner, but unfortunately, it could not be fixed during our stay. - The lock on the bathroom door is not working. You cannot lock the door. - Very strong smell of cigarettes on the balcony. The balcony is the only option to have fresh air in the living room, so if you are a non-smoking person, it's not an option for you. But if the balcony door is closed, you have no cigarette smell inside the apartment.

Разположението близо до Морската градина. Чисто, приятно, удобно.

Паркингът е синя зона. Няма тава за печката и голям тиган.

The flat is just as it is shown in the photos. It is very close to Palace of Culture and Sports so if you are coming for an event there I highly recommend this place. It is also very close to Seaside Park and the beach. The flat is clean and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. A chain supermarket is in 3 minutes walk. We found everything we needed. The home appliances were all good brands.

Pillows! I wish there were fluffy, orthopedic pillows. If you cannot sleep without them do not forget to bring one. But if you don't care, there is nothing else to worry about.
