The apartment is nicely decorated, with modern furniture and seemed to have been renovated rather recently. This is a very nice aspect, making one's stay very comfortable. Furthermore, the kitchen is extremely good, with all appliances needed such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and oven. We cooked food on several nights and it worked really well, so a big plus. The sleeping situation is also good, with a big queen sized bed and a large comfortable sofa bed. The mattresses themselves were also very nice to sleep on. The apartment comes with a well sized bathroom and a large walk-in shower. The balcony was was large, however lacked some chairs to sit on. Two big and very appealing plusses of the apartment are it's location and the service. The owner was extremely responsive and willing to help out immediately if any problems occured. The location too was great, with only a five minute walk to the center of Sofia. Overall the apartment was nice and one could certainly stay here for a few nights, whether it is with family, friends or a couple.

There were some larger drawbacks which didn't necessarily ruin the experience, but should be addressed. Foremost, whilst cleanliness was good, there were areas of the apartment that could have been vacuumed more thoroughly or cleaned more deeply. It wasn't much, but enough to notice and review about. Furthermore, the check-in instructions could be more precise. We were told to go to the "second" floor, which for us means two floors above the ground floor. However, it was actually meant as the second floor overall, so the first floor above ground. Consequentially we were trying for five minutes to enter an apartment which wasn't even ours. Next, several of the chairs were broken to the point where they would collapse if you sat on them. We messaged the owner about this so it wasn't a problem, however two of us four couldn't sit when eating which made things a little difficult. Finally, a more minor detail, but mentionable: no iron was provided which we needed when doing laundry. Nevertheless, the owner was super helpful in that respect and organized a new iron right away so this was definitely very thoughtful and positive. The size of the apartment is ok, but it can get a bit cramped when staying for longer. The pictures on booking make it seem a bit larger than it actually is. Overall though, these negatives are solely meant to highlight areas of improvement. The apartment is already very good and one can definetly stay there. We were overall pleased with our stay and would come back.

Great location close to the city centre. Stylish, quality apartment with aircon (which we needed in July). Communication from the host was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I like the apartments a lot! They appeared even better than I thought when booking! They are big enough for 2 people and super cosy. The location is really nice: it's a quiet street in 10 minutes on foot from the city center and Vitosha boulevard. There is BILLA supermarket (where you can buy ready-to-eat meal also) and subway station: both are within 5 minutes walking distance. I was surprised with perfect cleanliness: the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom were super clean! All the furniture is modern and in a very good (like new!) condition. It was a bit cold in the middle of May and there is no a central heating in the building: I used the aircon to warm up the bedroom before to go sleep, so, the apartments are very good choise even for early spring and late autmn. There were some salt, pepper, sugar and sunflower oil in the kitchen, so, I had not to buy the big packs of them for just several days. It was a pleasure to spend there my vacations. But what I like more than the apartments is the hospitality of the host! Alex was in touch all the time and provided a very detailed information about everything. He sent in advance an email with the check-in information (the address, the entrance codes, the digital check-in guide), he also sent me the restaurant recommendations, the car rental discount etc. I had a flight very late in the evening, so, he offered me a late check-out option for free. It was amazing experience during visiting Sofia. I definitely DO recommend Sofia Dream Apartment! Благодаря много!

The microvawe oven, the knife sharpener and the chopping board would complete already incredible comfort of the kitchen and the whole apartments.

The accommodations were delightful in nearly every aspect, exuding cleanliness and comfort throughout. The bathroom, in particular, is exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-lit, adding to the overall appeal. The provision of essential items such as toilet paper and toothpaste in the bathroom would further enhance the experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have housekeeping services available not only post-departure but during the stay as well. I highly recommend this one-bedroom apartment to anyone planning a visit, as it offers a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortably furnished bedroom, ensuring that guests have everything they need at their fingertips. Moreover, the location is superb, with a variety of shops, supermarkets, and attractions nearby, making it a convenient and desirable choice for travelers.

Location is amazing, cleanliness is also acceptable, equipments in the apartment were enough and working, big flat with 2 balconies, just the tramway passes so frequently from early morning till night, and makes noise, we didnt get disturbed a lot but you can pay attention to that if you are sensitive with the silence. All in all, highly recommended!

The moisture in the bathroom ceiling might be repaired, small piece above shower cabin but can make some smell, so it will be better to fix it. And some tramway noice, except from these, flat is perfect with location, comfort and facilities.

i only liked the bedroom. It was quite comfortable, but my girlfriend didn't share this feeling with me.

There weren't enough things in the kitchen and the things that were there were lacking. There was dust almost everywhere. the bathroom ceiling was just horrendous.
