Great apartment. All modern appliances and modern bathroom. Great location and excellent communication. We enjoyed our stay.

The location shown in Booking.com is wrong. It's on the same road but further West. We found it through a combination of the address, the photos, Google Maps and Street View.

In the middle of our 3 night stay I received an email notifying me the apartment was for sale and there would be an a showing in 2 hours, with a member of the staff. What?? I was horrified that strangers would be in the apartment when we weren’t there. This shows zero understanding of what privacy means while traveling, as our belongings were in the apartment and we were out for the day. This was a notification, not a request! Extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to borrow someone’s phone to call the management and explain to them why this is highly unacceptable, and the person who answered seemed uninterested in why this was so wrong. They eventually canceled the viewing and rescheduled it for after we left, as I had to ask of them (common sense if you’re running a short term apartment rental office). There was no laundry soap in the apartment when we arrived, even though I asked right away it was delivered only the next late evening, when washing our clothes wasn’t relevant anymore. There’s a cable car line that runs right under the apartment. it is very noisy, even when the windows are all shut it still makes the walls vibrate. if I knew this before I would have never booked this apartment! The location isn’t exactly central as stated, and after dark it wasn’t comfortable walking the empty streets to the apartment.
