Lo que más me gustó fué la rápida contestación por parte de la propiedad cuando mandaba un mensaje y la ubicación.

El mismo día que llegamos estaba sonando cada 30 segundos la alarma de incendios en todos los aparatos de la casa. Lo comuniqué y me contestaron al día siguiente que irían a arreglarlo. Según ellos no pudieron entrar y volvimos a estar otra noche sin poder dormir. Fué horrible. Les dije que iba a cancelar la reserva y me iba a un hotel y ese día vinieron a arreglarlo (dejando mi llave en la caja de seguridad). La limpieza no es buena porque limpian por encima, lo que se ve pero el piso necesita una limpieza a fondo. Dejo una foto de la parte de atrás de la cama. La ducha no tiene presión (ya lo había leído en otros comentarios) y no sale muy caliente. Iba a pasar 5 días increíbles y me fastidiaron los 2 primeros. Es mejor ir a un hotel.

Perfect location. High security on the doors with passkey and double doors in the apartment. Lovely details in the rooms and Playstation with VR in the living room.

An old building with a very small elevator but nothing that bad. Everything still worked fine.

I love staying in this apartment so much! Perfect for one person or a couple. The apartment has many thoughtful and lived-in amenities that makes it my favorite place to stay in Sofia! The bed has a double-foam top that is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. It is in a central but VERY quiet location. Do not be put off by the old building and elevator - it is completely safe and these old gated elevators are VERY typical of this building era.

The water pressure is weak, and it takes a few minutes running the hot water to get warm. Not a deal breaker.

Maybe there could be extra linens and towels.

The apartment is well furnished and clean, very central location,in a walking distance from most attractions in Sofia.
