Чистая хорошая квартира, возле трассы, очень удобно автомобилем. Есть выделенные паркоместа как на улице так и в подземном паркинге. В квартире все есть, чистая и новая. Квартира убирается.

Вода из душа вытекает в зал.

За съжаление се наложи да настаним с час закъснение заради забавяне от страна на домакина при подготовката на апартамента за нашето настаняване.

The contact person is friendly and reacts quickly. Check in and out were easy. It was clean, which is very important, in the bedroom there were clean sheets, towels, clothing iron and board, which was great.

The building provides a beautiful view of Vitosha mountain, at the cost of sleepless nights. Being exactly on one of the busiest boullevards of the city, single glass just doesn't cut it. There is zero noise isolation. The curtains are small and thin, so they don't really help either. Furthermore, the building seems to be made of cardboard, as you can hear too well what is happening in the neighboring apartments. The apartment itself was okay, but the photos were deceiving. It was much smaller than what we anticipated, I guess the owner has multiple appts in the complex and has used photos of only the biggest and nicest one. Facilities could be SIGNIFICANTLY improved by adding some important details. It didn't have a toilet paper holder in the toilet, no shelf for toiletries in the shower, there was a coffee machine and tea kettle in the kitchen, but no outlet to plug them in. We had to plug out the TV in order to be able to make a coffee. There was only ONE night stand. It's more of a bachelor pad if anything, good enough to pass out in after a night of partying, but not for a restful holiday. There's underground parking which is incredibly narrow and the spots reserved are under a leaking AC pipe. We chose to stay parked outside. Overall, simple convinces were missing, which would've made our stay much more pleasant. Ultimately, the noise was so bad we ended up leaving on day 2 and going to a hotel, because we knew we couldn't endure another week without sleep. As a Bulgarian, taking my foreigner partner to my city, I was disappointed and quite embarrassed at how our stay turned out.
