Orchid Fort Garden

The pools were great for the children there were 9 pools so they were never over crowded was about 15 min walk to beach

The security guard we spoke to on arrival was not helpful at all we arrived late and the taxi dropped us off outside of the complex there are many buildings on the complex with 3 or 4 entrances we were told by the guard that the reception closed at 530 and to come back the following morning when opened we asked if keys were left with the security he continued to say no tomorrow we had to book a hotel for that night with 2 separate rooms to then be told that are keys were infact at the security office near main reception the apartments could of been more helpful with instructions on late arrivals this was a bad start to our holiday as my 6 year old was distressed as it was late and we had never been here before so he was frightened that we had no we're to stay when we got into the apartment there was alot of dust behind beds it stated slept 6 adults but 2 of the beds were toddler beds the beds were uncomfortable we were bitten alot from mosquito the windows were very dirty in the bedrooms and the windowsills were crusting and peeling off there was no running water when we arrived so had to ring for someone to come out there was a lifeguard by the pool my son fell at the top of the slide he helped us get him down but then asked us what to do we went and got some bags of Ice from the shop as he just walked away and left us luckily he was OK the pictures advertised for the properly were nothing like the actual room

Pools, atmosphera,

unwillingness to fulfill the request, the reservation was made in November

Lots of pools so none were overly crowded.

No parasols so unless you managed to pick a spot under a tree you had very little chance of shade.

Very clean and spacious

No dislikes
