The staff employed by the owner is as friendly as can be. The location is good, not too far from the center, although in an old, slightly run-down neighborhood of Sofia. Paid parking lots can be found nearby

Taking a shower on a cold autumn day in this apartment is a rather complicated thing. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. There are no doors between rooms. The heating is central and in early autumn, although cold, there is still no heating. So guests must be freezing after a bath. Guests must make their own bed with the sheets and blankets (which are simply placed on the bed). There is a leak under the bathroom sink. Things in this apartment have been going bad for a long time, but the owners don't seem to care...

I did not like that there was not a single pot or pan, there was no microwave, there was no fork. From the dishes there were only spoons and a couple of plates. It would be great to equip the kitchen so that you can cook at least something to cook quickly

I have booked apartment at August11 and received apartment at Rakovski 28. Totally different! NO AC!!!

Clean, has a washing machine

Disrespectful and rude owners who tried to cheat us out of extra money. No AC. Avoid.

The location is great. Very nice staff provided a place to leave my luggage after check-out.

Smell in the apartment. The apartment smells like some very old furniture or something like that. it is not crucial, but still. Condition of the apartment. Everything looks like time stopped there more than 20 years ago. It could be an interesting experience for those who love vintage:)

Flat is very central. No need to use any kind of transportation. Neighborhood is safe and quite.There are every kind of furnitures which you will need. Everything is new and clean. 24 hours hot water. It is close to many supermarkets and shops. Also close to main train and bus station. Internet is enough fast and works well.

Even i can not remember what I did not like. All was quite well.
