Muy amplia y cómoda. El edificio dispone de muchas comodidades que suman a la estadía placentera, por ejemplo área de billar y pong pong, gimnasio, pileta climatizada. La ubicación es muy versátil, ya que está a cinco cuadras de la playa entre el límite de Copacabana y leme, pero además está a los pies de un morro, en el cual se abre un túnel con paso peatonal seguro y se llega en 7 min al shopping (Muy útil para cuando te toca un día de lluvia)
