The façade of the building looks derelict and needs restoration, but the interior of the apartment is very charming, with a tasteful collecion of vintage furniture and items like antique clock, hi-fi, typewriter and a playable harmonium well maintained. It feels like I am time travelling to a home in the past. It is away from the touristy old town, but yet it's very easy to walk across the foot bridge to explore the city. Street parking is hard to find here, but the owner helped me to drive around to find a good parking spot.

It seems it's very common that shower and toilet share the same space without any curtain or glass door in Bulgaria, as it's the third place I find is like this, but the owner has provided mop to dry the floor.

Proximity to city centre. Loved the rustic feel of the apartment. Basically had all I needed. Will definitely stay again when I visit.

I only wished the AC worked effectively or a fan was provided.

Tesisin konumu gayet iyi. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek hemen varabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca ev sahibi son derece ilgili, park konusunda dahi yardımcı oldu.

Öncelikle dairenin eski olduğunu bilerek rezervasyon yaptırdık ve zaten dairenin Plovdiv ortalamasından düşük fiyatlı olmasının sebebi de eski olması. Ayrıca dairede banyo çok küçük ki bunu da biliyorduk. Fakat asıl sorun dairenin içinden ziyade binanın kendisi. Bina eski değil aslında metruk bir halde ve son derece ürkütücü. Dış kapıdan daireye çıkana dek her taraf örümcek ağları ile ve tozlarla dolu, üstelik binada başka kalan yok. Dairenin eski olması bir ölçüde kabul edilebilir ama böyle bir binada tek başımıza kalacağımızı bilseydik rezervasyon yaptırmazdık. Binanın dışının fotoğrafını da paylaşıyorum.

Evin dekorasyonu gerçekten etkileyici ve harikaydı. Her bir parçanın kullanılır olması da güzel, ben olsam izin vermezdim:) ama evin girişi gerçekten ürkütücü, temizlik konusunda da bazı sıkıntılar var. Bunun dışında herşey güzeldi, konum çok guzeldi

Tuvalet çok küçüktü, ev tozluydu ama çok sorun olmadı

We loved the retro atmosphere of the room overlooking the river. The location was great, and we could walk to the tourist attractions. We liked the system that let us grind the coffee beans with a manual grinder.

The room is full of fun little decorations, but there was a bit of dust here and there, so I think it would be even better if it were cleaned a little more thoroughly.
