"Lovely appartment very well located in Sofia"

Sylvia was really nice and gave us plenty of informations before and after our arrival. The appartment was really well located in the city, close to the main street of Sofia. There was everything we needed in the appartment, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only problem was to get the keys from the porter, who didn't speak English. But that's very minor, everything was really great !

"Great location, lack of cleanness"

Great location, comfy apartment, easy check-in.

The check-in wasn't at the scheduled and agreed time. We had to wait for an hour to get inside the apartment. It was super unclean, it was outright dirty.

Everything was good. Nice and clean, good communication with the host, quiet, excellent location. Silvia let us check out at 1pm as our flight was late in the afternoon. Quite happy overall.

The washing machine was a bit noisy but this was a minor issue.
