Great location, nice apartment and facilities. They have everything you need to live there (even dishwasher, cutlery, etc). The fireplace is a plus.

They kept us waiting one hour past the check-in time, which was quite unpleasant. Also, not enough tp for 4 people.

The apartment is 10 minutes from the center as well as from the gondola, there is always parking for several vehicles. Everything is new, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped to the smallest detail, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom, the heating is perfect, the best accommodation I've been in, for every recommendation.

Very clean and comfortable place. The floor heating is something you'll really liked in a cold winter day :). It was very warm in the whole apartment. We have started the fireplace just to enjoy it. All the furniture is quite modern and in the same time boosts the feeling of mountain stay. Comfortable beds with modern soft mattresses and fully equipped kitchen. All the details are designed in a typical chalet style. Nice backyard, the kids liked it. The booking photos are very accurate. Easy to park in front of the building. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops in the area.

It will be hard to reach the Gondola by foot in full gear, which is not necessary a bad thing, because the place is far from the noise. Anyway it is very easy and affordable to take a cab or book a transportation in Bansko, and the hosts can give you a hand with that, no worries :) There is no elevator in the building and reaching up in a wheelchair will be a challenge without help.

Nice and quiet location. Quality interior (including dish-ware) feels like home. Loved it.

Everything was more than great. The apartment is brand new and really well-maintained. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere that this place has brought upon us. We will definitely visit it again next time we're at Bansko.

There is not such thing.

The apartment is very nicely done and furnished. The locations is great and the view is fantastic. All kitchen appliances were perfect; the apartment had almost everything to make you feel home. Fantastic place to take a holiday. Totally recommending.

Just a couple of small things that I believe are missing, which in no way have disturbed our amazing holiday: 1. A kettle; some people like myself like tea, and it would help if there is a kettle for hot water, instead of boiling water on the stove. 2. Night lamps - in case someone wants to read 3. The shower (big one) is not OK. There is not sufficient water coming from it and the water temperature goes from freezing cold to super hot. It would be great if this can be regulated. 4. We could not figure out whether there was A/C in this room or not. There was an Inverter on the balcony with thermostats in each room, but there were no air supply outlets in the rooms. 5. The Internet connection is slow and unstable.
