Parking is not free

The best thing about this accommodation is the location facing the sea.

I would like to suggest a few ways that could potentially enhance the overall guest experience: 1. I chose this place based on the beautiful pictures of the sea views on Booking.com. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was unable to appreciate the scenery due to the dirty windows, which greatly hindered my ability to enjoy the stunning view. I suggest to pay extra attention to the windows and clean them better to ensure that guests can enjoy the view. 2. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the studio was not up to my expectations. There was an unpleasant smell in the air. There were stains on the floor, the bath mat was dirty, and there were hairs in the shower. To make matters worse, I found out that the place was not cleaned at all between my departure and the arrival of the next guest. 3. The absence of sheets, toilet paper, and covers for the pillows and blankets was disappointing. The bedding provided consisted of only two small and dirty blankets which made for an uncomfortable sleep experience. Given the price that was charged, I believe that these basic amenities should be provided to guests. I also think it's fair to expect some basic supplies like coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets to be provided at a nightly rate of 95 euro. 4. The host advertised that guests could park for free around the building. However, in reality, the nearest free parking spot I found was approximately 600m away from the building. 5. To sum up, I believe that a more personal touch would greatly enhance the guest experience. While I understand the desire to make everything automatic and self-sufficient (such as relying on a locker system for keys, a 100 euro deposit for assurance purposes, and no provision of basic amenities or daily cleaning service), it puts a burden on the guest and falls short of demonstrating the expected level of hospitality. A more human approach, with greater attention to the guest's needs and comfort, would be greatly appreciated.

Very comfortable, modern apartment with well equipped kitchen and a wonderful view of the sea. Even though the it was was cold and very windy outside, the apartment was peaceful and warm.

Be prepared: no towels, sheets or toilet paper is provided in the apartment. The area was very quiet in January (lots of the places that say they're open on Google maps aren't!) but this was fine for me :)

Amazing view from a super clean studio. The wifi was super and the TV was amazing. Right next to a tram stop.

It's a bit far from the town centre and any store.
