Great location, very responsive and helpful host

A fast and convenient overnight stay that we needed just to sleep over on one of our stopovers travelling through Sofia, Bulgaria. In fact, the apartment is excellent in every possible way and one can/should rent it long term as everything is provided for and is meticulously organised and designed both for aesthetics and comfort. We were amazed by the details layed out and the whole organisation, from keyless entry to the quality of the bed and the functionality of the apartment, to the last detail, like having bottled water (a life saver for weary travellers) and a bathroom with quality products. The interior design is reminiscent of a London student's apartment, with touches combining the sleekness of a modern style with the ornate details of faux traditional fixtures, all in prefab construction but with quality furnishings. A large open kitchenette and living room overlook a courtyard between the buildings with lush tall green trees. The bedroom is perfection made manifest. The shower-room or WC is equally detailed with quality and functionality in its own vogue style, all with a permanent hidden lighting to help a night crawler.  The building itself is an old cooperative 5-6 storey building but well kept and surprisingly not smelly in the least bit. One cannot not find any flaw even if trying to. Beyond marvellous, exceptional by far!

The design of the apartment is fantastic. It's bright and cozy, exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is excellent, with a vast array of cafes and restaurants nearby.

It seems the coffee machine isn't used frequently, and the water reservoir wasn't very clean. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the advantages.

Everything about this apartment is perfect. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need close by. The supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, and there are fantastic restaurants, coffee bars, and co-working spaces just a few steps from the apartment. Everything you could want is within a 10 to 15-minute walk. This apartment isn't just a place to stay—it's a home away from home. We stayed for a week, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The host's thoughtful welcome made a great impression; after a long journey, it was wonderful to have coffee and a selection of sweet and salty snacks available to refresh ourselves. Communication with the host was excellent. He answered all our questions promptly and was always available to help. The online brochure provided upon arrival was incredibly well-made, with a carefully curated list of restaurant recommendations. Even though the apartment is centrally located, it was enough quiet when the windows are closed and this ensured we slept soundly every night. This isn't just an ordinary apartment; it's a place where you truly feel at home. Entering the apartment was extremely convenient, thanks to a secure entry system. This was perfect for me and my partner, as it allowed us to come and go as we pleased, fitting our schedule and pace without any worry about losing a key or one of us being locked out. This convenient entry system is another great plus for this apartment.

Close to metro and supermarket, quiet location and relaxing view.

Need to carry the luggage to the 3rd floor. Can’t find any light at stairs up to the apartment when returning at night.

Cosy, comfortable and a great stay overall!

Lovely place in an old building, high ceilings and very nicely furnished. A tram runs on the street around the cprnwr and can be heard during the day.

Very clean and very central. All mod-cons were there.
