Pirin Golf Penthouse Iliyana

The penthouse is great, the hosts were amazing. We were 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1 to 5) and we had enough space for everyone to sit, dine, play and even run. With so many people it was good that the place has 3 bathrooms. Bonus is that there are 2 cribs available for small kids. Overall a great place for 2 families to spend the weekend! We would gladly go back for another weekend next year!

Unfortunately it turned out that the barbeque on the terrace was not working and we were counting on it to prepare dinner. There was an alternative, but it was dirty and we had to spend 15 minutes cleaning it before we could use it.

Very spacious and air conditioning was a bonus. Good location.

We had Wi-Fi but then couldn’t get it to work after the 1st day. But we had enough phone data so not a problem

Amazing location in a beautiful resort. The unit has everything you need and more. The pool is just down stairs. Bansko and many attractions near by. Lidl supermarket 10 min drive. In the resort there are many restaurants,small supermarket and all minutes walk a way.

The apartment is special, not your regular Ikea furniture, it’s got a certain charm of its own. The view is amazing, having coffee from that balcony was one of my favorite things to do. It was clean, separate bathrooms, balconies, there’s a small pool behind the building which we used, no issues with parking. We want to return there and also take some beginner gold classes (we couldn’t this time, it was all booked). Overall very nice place!

Some issues with wifi - which doesn’t seem important for a vacation location, except we were both working remotely 😄

The apartment was very clean, well equipped (in the kitchen had everything , a blender, a stand mixer, a lot of dishes...) The apartment is located at the very beginning, opposite the hotel.

The two storey Penthouse Iliyana is a sophisticated, amazing property on the fourth floor (there is an elevator) into the luxurious and elegant Pirin Golf & Country Club. The house provides relaxation,all the comforts, warmth and coziness and a panoramic view towards the forest, the mountains, the chalets from all the terraces. The decoration is very nice with attention to detail (a stand bar and a barbeque in the balcony, a golf bag floor lamp and a vintage car-bar inside etc). It is extremely clean and fully equipped kitchen. Also the three bathrooms were very convenient for us, as a family of six. The property is opposite the spa center there are swimming pools around for the summer, many restaurants, shops, a square just like a village. Mr Emil, the owner of the Iliyana Penthouse, is very friendly and willing to give us any further information in order to have a pleasant stay in his property. I highly recommend it!
