The view and that it has a pool and a restaurant close by.

The furniture and appliances are old and used; mosquitoes nest and curtains are missing and there are a lot of bugs coming into the apartment; cleaning was done superficially when we checked in we found spiders, spider webs, dirt on the bathroom floor; there are no carpets and the floor tiles are very slippery especially for a small kid running out of the shower with wet feet; the wood on the balcony is old and rotted and started to fall apart which made us very anxious every time the little one got close to the balcony edge; the wifi exists but is unusable: it is extremely slow, slower than dial-up, you can’t even load a Google page and the mobile phone signal is also very low, therefore you can’t even use your phone as a hotspot.
