Brand new apartment with outdoor swimming pool

The building is lovely, with a fancy reception and a kind doorman, all the apartments are brand new and the location is excellent. There is a is a wonderful yard with a very grate swimming pool. Nice sitting areas with a BBQ shed.

The maintenance of the apartment is terrible! Maybe the worst I've ever seen through Booking. The shower was dirty, we found hair on sink, dirt on the toilet and mold on the floor. When you shower, the water splashes everywhere, and the whole shower gets wet. There is a container of hand soap that was filled with water with very few drops of soap. In the kitchen sink there was an old and smelly sponge, dirty sink and a kettle full of limescale, some of the dishes were full of oil, there was one used plastic bag in the bin and no additional garbage bags, sponge, or toilet paper. There was a pot with expired cooked food in the fridge, just disgusting!!! The bedroom had a creaky bed, with an old mattress, when you lie on it, you fall into two human sockets, we got backaches and couldn't sleep! On the bed there was only one single blanket, The sheets were wrinkled, doubt if they had been washed. In the living room there is a small and basic TV, and an unclean floor. There are used things that people have left behind, used slippers, toiletries and food. It was a nightmare!

Roomy apartment in nice complex. There was a market right across the street which was good.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned after the last guests. There were dirty dishes in the sink, expired food in the fridge. The bathroom was in awful condition, there were towels all over the floor, hair and dirt from past guest. All of the trash cans were full, the sheets in the bedroom were also dirty and not changed after the last people that were staying there. Gladly, there were spare sheets in the closet so we changed them ourselves.
