Comfy luxury center apartment

Everything was good. The apartment is the same as the photos. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for a long time. Also, the location is quite good, in the very center, but a little away from the noisy streets. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Also, keep in mind that the mattress on the bed is quite soft, if this is important for your back. There were problems with the internet on the day of our check-in, but they were resolved the next day, so no complaints. Quite pleasant experience.

I stayed here for six nights. The apartment itself was fine, but the experience around payments was something else entirely. I agreed without issue to the additional 15 lv. per day for my dog and another 15 lv. for parking - all clear and reasonable. What wasn’t mentioned upon booking was the extra 200 lv. deposit, despite the entire stay already being prepaid online. I paid it via Revolut on the spot and was assured it would be returned at checkout. It wasn’t. Not at checkout, and not a week and a half later. Instead, I received a supposed “instant bank transfer” slip from a bank I’d never heard of, while the host continued insisting the money had been sent - because why check facts when you can simply insist the money is there, even when it isn’t? If you enjoy unnecessary complications and the mystery of a disappearing deposit, this place might be just what you’re looking for. Otherwise, I strongly recommend choosing accommodation where checkout doesn’t turn into a hunt for your own money.
