Dalv Residence - SPA Fairy Tale in old Sofia

- Sauna is great after a long cold day in the city with clear instructions on how to turn it on/off - Secure - Easy check in/check out - Jacuzzi was in very good conditions, with salts provided. - Close to city center and metro - Great location regarding shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies etc - Kitchen is very well equipped, huge fridge and freezer - Very quiet space, cannot hear neighbours - Communication with owners was excellent ; there was an issue with mold in the bedroom which was fixed immediately upon alerting them [during a festive period also]. - Ample space for teleworking/working - Spacious - Stairs are a good workout!

- The bathroom heating did not work which was not ideal in the winter. - The bed sheets were very thin for our [winter] stay - even with a blanket from the cupboard and air con, we were still cold. It would be preferable to have a large duvet for the double bed. Additionally, the double bed has two seperate single bed linen - I think it would be more practical/convenient to have one big duvet/one bedding set instead of two. - Personally, I think an extra heater in the living area could be useful, again, particularly during the winter.

Well appointed apartment close to all the action. We enjoyed being able to hop in the sauna after being out in the cold all day.

Everything! Especially worth mentioning are the whirlpool, sauna, beautiful mountain view, 2 strong AC heating and cooling units, very comfortable beds and friendly hosts. The apartment is well equipped, has modern appliances, it's quiet and very clean. The hosts are super friendly, hospitable and are replying timely via WhatsApp or email if applicable. It is definitely worth it in comparison to similarly priced hotels and saves the extra time-money to visit spa centers. Lastly not to forget the super central location. It's just perfect.

High security layers seem excessive (3 locked gates). The apartment is on the 6th floor which would be a difficulty for people with less mobility. The light switch for the upper stairwell is on the 3rd floor such that the last half staircase (between 2nd-3rd floor) has to be climbed in the dark (1st-2nd floor light up automatically). The hosts could provide detergent for the washing machine.

EVERYHING WAS AMAZING. This is the best rental apartment I’ve ever been. The owners thought absolutely about every detail.

6th floor without lift but honestly after seeing the apartment this wasn’t a big thing.

Nice apartment, very spacious for 2 people. The host left a welcome package with some drinks and snacks. The bed is very big and comfortable. There is air conditioning in the room and in the living room.

The room is at the 6th floor with no elevator. The entrance of the building is a bit spooky and dark, but the apartment is nice and probably recently renewed.

Everything was amazing. A huge thank you to the hosts for making our vacation so blessed.
