Clean apartment with 4 beds and 1 bathroom. Location is excellent and close to the beach.

Gostei bastante do aparatamento. É extremamente bem localizado e de fácil acesso. O Anfitrião mostrou-se solicito e atencioso. Voltarei com certeza.

A recepção do proprietario Marcelo foi muito boa, atencioso e disponivel a todo tempo A localização e excelente, tudo muito proximo, restaurantes, mercados, farmacia e etc... Recomento.

I appreciated the smart TV with access to YouTube and subscription streaming channels, and the fact that you didn't have to be on the bed in order to watch it, as is the case with so many small-sized apartments.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I booked this apartment based on the location and accommodation on offer. It was for a 1 bedroom apt with kitchen and bathroom and quite a substantial size. However, I received a message to say we were being 'upgraded' to a quieter area, because she assumed we would prefer to be in a less noisy environment. The hostess also spoke to my Brazilian friend, and he thought that what she told him, it was a better area. How wrong were we all!!! The address given to us, was not, in fact, where we were to stay. I called her to say we had arrived, and it appeared that our 'apartment' was across the road! There were no towels, no soap or toilet rolls, but these were sent to us a bit later. It was dirty. It appears we were going to stay in a family member's room. Thus taking advantage of the 'hiked ' up cost , due to it being carnaval. I expected to pay an increased amount, and at 5600BRL, and looking at the photo of the original apartment , I was prepared to pay a lot. I didn't contact her to complain, for fear of having nowhere else to stay, and also because I had paid in advance. If we had been fatter, we wouldn't have been able to get in the shower I know that it was someone's normal living accommodation, because there was a bill lying around. There was also a condom in a packet on the shelf. The chest of drawers were dirty, containing a cockroach, the fridge had someone's food in it and the freezer compartment dirty. All can be backed up by photos I have taken Unfortunately, this review only allows 1 picture of each 'room'. All in all, we have been conned! I cancelled a hotel booking because I felt that the misrepresented advertised apartment would be in a better location and closer to Copacabana beach.
