Apartamento muito bom. Próximo a orla do itagua que tem infraestrutura ótima, mas a praia não é própria para banho, a localizaçao do bairro e tranquilo e silencioso. Funcionária que nos atendeu muito prestativa e educada. Apartamento com ar condicionado nos quartos e sala. Vaga na garagem para apenas um carro, deixamos um na rua mas é tranquilo rua de pouco movimento de veículos. Com certeza voltaremos

A tv não é smart, as crianças gostam de assistir YouTube, mas tranquilo
